Bochum University of Applied Sciences possesses three centres of competence: Center of Competence Engineering, Construction and Business. Regarding the field of engineering the universities scope includes basic studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics and computer sciences.

ITT Group, founded in 2000, is a modern company focused on the mechatronic design and e-solutions. Company is a SME type company located in Tallinn Science Park – Tehnopol. The location is most innovative are in the Tallinn where innovative companies are very close to technical university and IT college. This creates a synergy between the higher education and business world specially on the ICT and other engineering field.

Tallinn University of Technology (Taltech) is the public university and the only technological university in Estonia, established in 1918.
There are 13 500 students, 1 170 international degree students, 133 professorship and 2 000 employees. The university has 8 faculties and 10 institutions. TUT is a research university where discoveries are transferred into teaching and studies and real life through knowledge. it:matters (ITM) is an innovative spin-off of Bochum University of Applied Sciences and was founded in April 2010. The company is a SME type company, located in the Ruhr area of Germany, with focus on Web Engineering, eLearning and consulting. ITM is specialized on the planning and realization of tailored and complex web applications, including mobile applications. Since 2006 ITM is engaged in enhancing STEM in VET and life-long-learning as well as in higher education.

Glocal Factory, is an Italian non-profit organisation established in 2015. Its mission is to support teachers, VETPROS, adult educators and youth operators to upgrade their skills and professional profile so to meet the targets of the EU2020 strategy in the field of education, training and youth.

The Consortium of the Vocational Schools was born in 1995.
It involves over 50 vocational and technical secondary schools located in Emilia Romagna and other 8 Italian regions.
